We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. As a Associate on the DashPass S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for key occasions & seasonal moments.

Strategize – Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking. You’ll identify emerging trends, determine when to scale, and know when it is time to pivot. Take inspiration from real-life use cases to reflect our consumers’ needs and wants.
Experiment – Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers.
