We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team and support our international energy supply operations.
In this role, you’ll oversee financial performance, drive planning and analysis, and deliver insights into the current and expected results of our energy supply businesses.
You’ll guide and collaborate with leadership teams across business units and play an active role in potential acquisitions of customer portfolios or supply entities. You’ll work closely with business unit leaders, Group Reporting, and the Group CFO.

What you’ll do:
• Lead budget preparation and month-end reporting, ensuring strong coordination with Finance teams across units.
• Work with Finance teams to forecast cash flow accurately and plan short- to medium-term funding needs.
• Continuously improve financial analysis and reporting tools by sharing best practices and knowledge across teams.
• Identify and manage economic trade-offs across the business, including evaluating new products, services and investments.
• Track actual performance against plan and support corrective action where needed.
• Contribute to month-end packs, board materials and other strategic presentations.
• Regularly engage with the Group CFO, senior leadership and investors.
• Support strategic M&A, fundraising and capital structure initiatives.
• Lead financial planning and analysis for the Energy Supply segment, developing and validating short‑term and long‑term business models and key tools.

What you’ll need:
• A passion for addressing climate change by supporting a fast‑growing business driving the energy transition; energy experience is helpful but not required, though curiosity about the sector is essential.
• The ability to present complex information in a clear, simple way.
• Experience building Excel-based financial models and PowerPoint executive materials.
• Willingness to dive into complex modelling while also discussing big‑picture topics with senior stakeholders.
• A fast-paced working style paired with an understanding of how to bring people along through change.
• Curiosity and openness.
• Strong understanding of business finance and accounting; formal qualifications like ACA or CIMA are not required with the right experience.
• Advantageous (but not essential) experience in investment banking, consulting or corporate finance, including preparing board-level materials and M&A due diligence.
• Language skills (French, Spanish or German) are a plus.
