• Review actual financial results against forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with business partners to provide actionable insights.
• Help manage the company’s financial model, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and long-term projections.
• Assist the Accounting team with month-end and quarter-end close processes, as well as audit preparation.
• Prepare analyses for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investment opportunities.
What we’re looking for in you:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to ask important questions and present recommendations to executives.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Creativity in building customized financial models for various teams.
• A data-driven mindset for problem-solving and decision support.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing startup environment.

• Experience in venture-backed companies, investment banking, or investing (FinTech or startup experience is a plus).
• More than five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling abilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to influence across teams and levels.
• Desire to learn and grow over time.
• Solid accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial systems (experience with planning software is a bonus).
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to simplify complex analyses.
