Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we are currently hiring and interviewing candidates to join the Cookie Crew at our new Penn Station location, Store C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true ambassador of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and have the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Promptly greeting customers and taking their orders
• Helping customers choose from the menu and ensuring order accuracy
• Providing friendly service both in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies and serving ice cream
• Preparing delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handling cash and payments correctly
• Keeping the store clean, sanitized, and well organized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, outgoing personality
• Self‑motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: 15.50 to 16.50 dollars per hour.
