Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote (Anywhere in US)

Job Description:

· Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows

· Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data management

· Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, including branching, deployments, and environment management

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

· Ensure best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis

· Support Salesforce releases, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements

· Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration

· Strong hands-on experience with:

· Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce

· Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards)

· Security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)

· Proven experience with Copado for release management and CI/CD

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)

· Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Knowledge of Git-based version control and DevOps best practice.
