45/RPM is looking to hire a full-time Sr. Project Manager to join our growing team!

45/RPM is a Digital Agency with a team of strategists, designers, front-end and back-end developers, copywriters, and project managers in our Washington, DC and Mexico City offices.

We are looking to add a detail oriented manager who understands project scope and budget and who is an excellent communicator. You will support the production team as it creates new websites, modifies sites we have created, and respond to requests big and small from our client base. You will also work closely with the partners and account team as we work with our clients to help them achieve their business goals.

We focus on implementing digital brands, strategies, and experiences; but we are also frequently brought on to provide higher level strategy and other digital support. Delivering effective user experiences is key to our success.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years experience in managing complex website projects applications inside an agency

• Experience with coordinating and delivering projects of a variety of sizes for a variety of clients

• Ability to develop project plans and definite project tasks and requirements in an Agile environment

• Ability to help the production team meet deadlines and manage to a project scope

• Knowledge of CMS, ecommerce, and CRM platforms

• Bi-lingual Spanish and English skills are important

• Team player who is able to learn on-the-go and often help out in other areas

• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

• Previous experience helping to set or shape process, approach and methodology

• Knowledge of Trello, Slack, and other common project management and communication tools

• Detail-oriented thinker, who can work under tight deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and overseeing all day-to-day project management including helping to set priorities in daily standups and running internal project meetings

• Working daily with designers, copywriters, front-end and back-end developers, in both the US and Mexico City, to develop project requirements and deliver digital products

• Managing the internal and external quality assurance process

• Creating internal and external reports on progress including identifying any risks to successful delivery
