We have an exciting opening for an Artist & Label Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Artist & Label Partnerships group represents Spotify to artists, managers, labels, and distributors.
As the Artist & Label Partnerships Manager for the UK & Ireland, you’ll be a collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team member, committed to driving positive change and expanding opportunities for artists to thrive on Spotify.
You will act as the main contact for labels, distributors, managers, and artists, guiding them on Spotify’s best practices, resources, and tools. You’ll develop impactful, creative partnerships that use both on-platform promotion and external marketing, ensuring artists and their teams view Spotify as their top partner for growth and development.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams such as editorial, artist marketing, consumer marketing, original content, licensing, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to influence and improve how artists succeed on Spotify.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the UK & Ireland, including artists, managers, labels, and industry organizations.
• Develop innovative and effective artist partnerships.
• Provide partners with guidance, insights, and opportunities to support their growth and help them reach their goals.
• Represent Spotify within the music industry when working with major and independent labels, artist teams, and artists.
• Advocate internally for the artists and labels you support, identifying ways to grow their audience and business.
• Plan and deliver educational programs and scalable partnerships for artists and their teams.
• Attend and speak at events, conferences, and shows; some travel will be required.
Who You Are
• You have over 5 years of experience in the music industry, ideally in a role focused on artists and partners.
• You understand a wide range of music and cultures, especially Rap, R&B, Afrobeat, and Dancehall.
• You can demonstrate strong knowledge of Spotify from a user and fan perspective.
• You have a strong grasp of the UK music industry and maintain a respected network of label and artist relationships.
• You can perform well under pressure and have proven problem‑solving skills.
• You work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a large global music and technology environment.
• You’re an excellent communicator and presenter.
• You’re detail‑oriented, organized, team‑focused, hardworking, and bring a warm, positive attitude.
Where You’ll Be
• This position is based in London, United Kingdom.
• We offer flexible working arrangements. While some in‑person meetings are required, you’ll have the option to work from home, with an expectation of being in the office 2–3 days a week.
