As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for @SheServes’ social activations, learn and implement new ways to connect social media with the company’s mission, and manage the social media accounts of our founders.
This means you’re used to managing complete social media editorial calendars, creating and scheduling content, analyzing data, and testing new platforms and content formats with high motivation.
You’ll collaborate closely with others in a team environment and push learning and growth every day. You’ll be trusted to make confident decisions with kindness and take ownership of results.

Your main responsibilities will include, among others:
- Managing the She Serves and founder social media editorial calendars
- Creating high-engagement social content that reflects our brand voice
- Ensuring a consistent flow of compelling content across our social channels
- Scheduling content on platforms using tools like AgoraPulse
- Engaging with the She Serves online community and responding to questions and concerns
- Collaborating with designers and video editors to develop visual assets for social media
- Working with the marketing team to optimize promotions for each social channel
- Staying current on evolving social media trends and new platform features
- Tracking campaign and content performance—monitoring the “health” of our social channels—and providing regular reports
- Researching competitors, industry leaders, and emerging trends to stay on top of the latest strategies

To be considered, you must:
- Have experience managing social media communities for a social media agency, or be part of a social media team in a mid-sized to large company
- Be based in North America and work within a suitable time zone
- Have a strong understanding of social media storytelling and scalable content
- Have exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- Be skilled at building and executing social media content strategies
- Be a Mac user
