We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to help build and scale the supply side of our business. As part of our growing team, you’ll manage large-scale sponsorships for our clients. You’ll work directly with thousands of sports organizations nationwide to bring sponsorship opportunities to life.
This position centers on Sponsorship Success, overseeing sponsor campaign execution, maintaining relationships with sports organization partners, and onboarding top organizations into our sponsorship programs.
We need someone who can strategically manage projects and relationships while handling a wide range of sponsorship tasks across many league partners.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee and execute campaign projects to meet sponsor objectives
• Support onboarding of sports organizations for sponsor campaigns and assist with our matching process
• Prospect for mostly low-tier and mid-tier clients
• Handle a seasonal workload of leagues and campaigns based on business needs
• Work with client success and operations teams to ensure a strong experience for sponsors and sports organization partners
• Provide excellent support to sports organization partners to keep them engaged and delivering value to sponsors
• Manage and improve daily operations such as event coordination, professional photography, survey analysis, overdue sponsorship handling, and more
• Meet team and personal KPIs tied to client renewals, event satisfaction, overdue verification, and partner net promoter score

• Comfortable learning and using tools like Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Airtable, and HubSpot

Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable pay. The minimum starting salary for this role is $48,600, including base and bonus, and may increase based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Our compensation is highly competitive for our industry.
Location
TeamSnap is fully remote, so you must be comfortable collaborating across time zones. While we’re expanding, we do not hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or West Virginia. We currently hire only permanent U.S. residents.
