We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer with a strong background in helping developers set up and configure products for optimal performance and security. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Assist in designing and implementing our wallet infrastructure with robust security controls.

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients for optimal product setup and configuration.

• Conduct reviews and develop training as well as documentation to ensure clients understand and effectively use our solutions.

Responsibilities Your main objective is to create, test, and maintain top-notch software that aligns with customer requirements and business objectives. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Assisting in the architecture and scalability planning of our wallet infrastructure.

• Conducting security risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.

• Developing integration plans for third-party systems and APIs.

• Leading client onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our solutions.

• Providing hands-on troubleshooting and debugging for client issues.

• Customizing solutions to meet specific client needs and use cases.

• Monitoring system performance and implementing performance optimization techniques.

• Collaborating on cross-functional projects to enhance overall product functionality.

• Preparing and presenting technical proposals to potential clients.

• Offering post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Gathering client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Solutions- or Forward-Deployed Engineer.

• Proficient in Typescript programming (or equivalent).

• Proven experience implementing and configuring APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Identifies and optimizes performance bottlenecks, implementing caching.

• Knows how fault-tolerant backend systems work using microservices, serverless, and distributed computing.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc.

• Deep understanding of technologies and trends relevant to the company’s products and services.

• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong documentation skills for creating technical manuals, user guides, and solution proposals.

• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams.

• Strong customer service focus, understanding and addressing client needs.

• Experience in customizing solutions to meet client requirements and ensuring integration with existing systems.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
