We are looking for a SAP FICO Solutions Architect to support our team in Warsaw!

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the SAP ERP system, focusing on processes and master data, contributing to the Group’s globalisation and digitisation efforts.
• Act as the SAP FICO Global Process Owner for the S/4Hana implementation project, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Partner closely with finance leads across regions to drive the standardisation, harmonisation, and optimisation of finance processes.
• Lead the integration of new businesses into the SAP system, ensuring seamless transitions and process consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, driving continuous upgrades and optimising the use of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Provide expertise and support to internal teams, ensuring efficient use of SAP FICO in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the global finance strategy in line with the company’s growth and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of SAP FICO implementations and adjustments, ensuring they meet global financial and operational goals.

What you need for this role:

• 5+ years of experience in managing SAP FICO projects and leading process improvement initiatives within the finance domain.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP FICO project management.
• Proven track record in overseeing complex ERP implementations, particularly in a global context with multiple regions and stakeholders involved.
• Expertise in driving process standardisation, harmonisation, and efficiency across diverse teams and regions.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4Hana implementations and optimisations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in driving large-scale finance transformations and system upgrades.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
