The Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you excel at the intersection of client challenges and advanced technical capabilities. Your goal is to design digital transformations that not only work seamlessly but also give clients a competitive edge. You will partner closely with the Head of Data to ensure every solution is anchored in a strong data strategy and enhanced by modern AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Discovery: Lead high-level client workshops to convert broad business objectives into clear technical plans.
• AI and Data Integration: Work with the Data team to embed RAG patterns, agentic workflows, and predictive models into customer-facing digital products.
• Modern Stack Design: Create architectures that leverage contemporary web frameworks (React/Next.js), Headless CMS, and event-driven systems.
• Cloud Strategy: Define the cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) for new initiatives, ensuring scalability and high availability from the start.

Technical Requirements:

• Cloud Expertise: Strong command of AWS or Azure (serverless technologies, managed Kubernetes, cloud-native security).
• Modern Web Architecture Experience: Knowledge of micro-frontends, API-first design (GraphQL/REST), and edge computing.
• Data Integration Skills: Familiarity with major data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and how they support real-time digital experiences.
• AI Proficiency: Practical experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and understanding the ethical considerations of AI in client solutions.
