• Review and understand our development plan and software design goals.

• Recommend specific actions and identify potential pitfalls.

We are a manufacturing company with an eCommerce presence and a small in-house development team. Our current website was developed using C#. NET and WebForms and has grown in complexity over time. Complexity has led to maintenance issues and code that is resistant to change. In short, the time has come to pay down some technical debt.

• SVN version control.

• Agile(ish) methodology.

• Emphasis on refactoring and maintainability.

• Roughly 160 hours.
