We’re looking for a Software Engineer, Web to join Mav Farm! As a member of our Web team, you will design and develop our enterprise-facing applications which provide advanced business analytics to many of the world’s biggest brands, retailers and publishers. You’ll partner with product, data science, and other engineering teams to develop clean and intuitive visualizations that provide meaningful and accessible insights from immense data sets.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners, engineering leadership and other stakeholders to identify development priorities

• Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to consistently improve customer experiences

• Partner with other engineers to develop roadmaps for full stack architectural changes in support of long term goals

• Build secure interfaces which protect sensitive user and customer dataContribute to our internal Design System

• Mentor junior engineering staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in computer science or related technical field

• 3+ years of software development experience on enterprise or consumer web applications

• Experience converting designs into responsive HTML5/CSS3 static code

• Experience building data visualizations (ex. D3.js)

• Production experience with React

• Independent, dedicated, and able to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

• Experience writing tests with front-end testing frameworks (i.e. Mocha, Chai, Cypress)

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to identify and communicate data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three JS (WebGL 3D Interface)

• Customize Magento’s front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates

• Author and extend Magento extensions

• Develop custom PHP solutions

• Next. JS framework experience
