About the Role
This position focuses on designing and implementing software that helps practices improve the visibility and management of their revenue billing cycles, allowing them to devote more time to patient care and deliver higher-quality services. We are seeking someone with at least two years of software engineering experience.
Compensation range: $30,000 – $40,000 USD
What You’ll Do
• Develop end-to-end products that transform the revenue cycle management process for providers
• Join a fast-moving team that values quick execution and decision-making
• Work across the full software stack
• Use technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Vue, React Native, Flask, and other frameworks
What You Have
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
• At least three years of production-level software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python
• Ability to build both frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and backend (Python) components and deliver complete products
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and workflows
• Understanding of standard web technologies, including REST principles and relational databases like PostgreSQL
• A strong product mindset and a proactive, builder-oriented attitude
• Ability to spot opportunities to enhance existing processes
• Strong command of English with clear written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience working on greenfield projects and building products from the ground up
• Background in the healthcare industry
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Remote work experience
• Knowledge of BI tools
