About Our Team
Our small but growing team is looking for an experienced and self-motivated back end software engineer to help us build Beautiful.ai. The engineering team (currently 4 employees) is creating software that enables even the least design inclined to build beautiful presentations. If you sweat the details, care deeply about everything from the quality of code to the quality of our users’ experience, and are looking for a team that values collaboration and teamwork, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Implement product features, associated documentation, and tests
Create and maintain infrastructure
Take ownership of all aspects of our product: architecture, quality, user experience
Develop through code review, pair programming, and assisting technical and non-technical coworkers

Server Side: Nodejs with Express for API and server side rendering, various distributed nodejs microservices
Infrastructure on Google Cloud: App Engine, Cloud Functions, Firebase, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Build, and many more GCP services
Qualifications
Proficient knowledge of server side Javascript / Nodejs 4+ years professional web application programming experience Experience with RESTful API design and server side business logic Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database Experience with some or all technologies in our tech stack
