A Day in the Life

We are seeking a driven, intellectually curious candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup.

As the Software Engineer, you will help create the DNA of the product, team, and culture. You’ll contribute to the technical aspects of new product development, and make important strategic decisions alongside the founders and rest of the Dev team.

A typical day for this role at Rinsed includes:

• Produce, test, and debug code

• Write code that is clean, simple, and easy to read

• Work closely with your mentor in defining software requirements and implementing them

• Analyze requirements, write efficient code, and conduct thorough testing

• Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to fix and improve Rinsed products

About You

You are driven, self-disciplined and naturally curious. You’re a strong collaborator who is transparent about progress on tasks, seeks feedback early and often, and works effectively with the team. You’re pragmatic and have a bias for action, even when solutions are less than perfect.

Proficiency in the following tools a plus, but not required:

• Ruby on Rails
• Javascript/React
• AWS
• Postgres
• Snowflake
• Docker
