What You’ll Do:

Pair program and communicate with a highly engaged team that was founded on knowledge sharing
Maintain and own production code standards and infrastructure across all domains
Collaborate with our Product team to understand, ideate and implement new features
Work across the organization with our Customer Success, Implementation Team and Data Services teams to better understand Customer needs and build solutions
Be empowered to impact change in architecture, design, tooling, process, culture and beyond
Grow your skills and help others to do the same
Participate in recruiting and interviewing as we grow our team
Make the occasional owl memes

What You’ll Bring:

Use of multiple programming paradigms including functional programming languages
Worked with web technologies such as React, Web Servers, HTTP and APIs
Knowledge in Clojure and ClojureScript
Experience with relational databases and SQL

Required Assessments

After your initial interview with the team, you will be sent a small Code Challenge through CoderPad. This will not be a pass or fail, but more so an important step for you to show us how you solve a problem through code
If moving forward after the Code Challenge, you will be invited to a live pairing session that mimics typical web development at Aclaimant where you will be able to use your own tools (editor/IDE), etc.

$60,000 — $110,000/year
