The Corporate Technology Group (CTG) is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who will play a critical role in the HR & Corporate Administration group handling multiple tasks of IT Development, Release Engineering and Support.

Primary Responsibilities
Work with internal Fidelity release groups to provide IT, Batch & Release engineering support.
Seek out opportunities to develop and improve existing automation processes.
Creates and modifies programs that comprise an application system based on design specifications, tools and methods.
Determines how programs coded in one language will integrate with programs coded in another language.
Evaluates and provides technical solutions to complex application development and scheduling problems.
Oversee repair/upgrade of application implementations
