RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work both independently and as a team developing and advance the DealCoach application
• Communicate and document architectural designs and engineering requirements
• Collaborate on platform direction and capabilities
• Work on issues and bugs fixes
• Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving
• Test and ensure quality of products being developed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of recent experience in hands-on software design and coding
• Analytical and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, execute and deliver projects on time
• Highly self-motivated and creative problem-solver
• Dynamic team player who is comfortable in a growth-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of personal performance and development
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Salary and compensation

$40,000 — $55,000/year
