About the role

Inari is looking for a Software Engineer to join the software engineering team that supporting breeding. This team works closely with breeders, crop scientists, data scientists,and quantitative geneticists to solve problems at the intersection of breeding, gene editing, and agronomy. You will help us develop interfaces for Inari’s Systems. The role will be based at the company headquarters in Cambridge, MA or at our office in West Lafayette, IN.

As a Software Engineer, you will…

• Work with breeders and scientists to develop tools for data exploration, field data, and geospatial information, enabling our crops team to make product advancement decisions

• Develop and productionalize applications that integrate with and extend our breeding, phenotyping, field trial analytics, and overall agronomic data platforms to process spatial and environmental data sets

• Develop robust integrations with strategic third party tools, platforms and models

• Contribute to design and overall engineering roadmap
