OurSoftware Engineer 1creates software solutions by analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Java based components and interfaces. They also:
Participate in the development and preparation of JAVA design specifications
Work with the R&D team leadership or implementation team leadership to meet delivery deadlines as well as maintain/support of existing applications
Provide implementation support
Work closely with Project Leaders to resolve any issues
Follow testing life cycle procedures
Document modifications and changes to program
Recommend improved policies and procedures
Propose software configuration/modification to adapt to business change requirements
Recognize and propose core software improvements
