At Phreesia, our Sr. Software Engineers / DevOps Engineers play a critical role by partnering with Development, Data Center Operations, and QA teams to successfully deliver Phreesia SaaS solutions to the world. This individual is responsible for developing build and release frameworks and tools to ensure that software is being correctly provisioned, configured, packaged and deployed to development, test, and production environments.
Responsibilities
Work with Engineering teams to provide them with the framework to build and package their applications for use by other teams and for deployment into development, test and production environments using Chef, Atlassian Bamboo, Octopus or similar tools
Participate in release/milestone planning and scheduling with Agile development teams
Help manage the source code repository by administering access and permissions and working with Team Architects on strategies for branching and merging
Work with Data Center Operations to identify coming changes to the environment and to identify new servers that need to be built and provide framework to provision those services
Work with Team Architects to troubleshoot problem in the build, deploy and target systems
Building frameworks that other internal teams will be using for deployment and provisioning virtual machines
Work with Team Architects for solutions to data manage dependencies
Learn the US Healthcare system and how customers use our products
Deploy . NET based service-oriented web applications into a production environment in a fast paced deployment schedule
