You’ll be working in a tight-knit team from day one, collaborating with everyone around you to deliver value on a daily basis. You’ll own functionality from start to finish, from helping product owners flesh out new features all the way to running your code in production.

Our teams are organised by product, and each one has its own distinct process that developed by the people involved. Each team is small, cross-functional and dynamic, so you’ll be able to influence the process to make sure it works well for you as well as everyone else. Currently there’s a mix of practices and tools for each team, but they include:

-an Agile mentality, including a large amount of customer collaboration -Scrum and Kanban for keeping track of our work -eXtreme Programming, including test-driven development and pair programming -a DevOps mindset: developers own and support their code all the way to production -continuous deployment pipelines to staging and production -logging and monitoring as first-class citizens -learning as a virtue in its own right
