This role will be responsible for designing and delivering the software used to power the Megaport platform and customer experience. A successful applicant will work closely with the existing development and networking teams to streamline the development cycle, increase code quality while reducing time to delivery.

What you will be doing

• Evaluate existing application stack and identify areas of opportunity

• Document existing application architecture to assist distributing knowledge amongst team members

• Implement automated testing procedure with reporting on code coverage

• Implement project management for external development contractors

• Prepare the framework for a new, distributed application stack

• Evaluate new technology and provide guidance on best practices
