Responsibilities

• Generate, edit, publish and share content on multiple social and digital platforms
• Design and implement social media ads to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Monitor web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media account design (Facebook, Instagram, profile pictures, blogs.)
• Suggest and implement new features and new platforms
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
• Attend training seminars and conferences

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in social media – preferably agency experience
• Hands-on experience in content management, social media, online marketing and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to develop creative content with team members.
• Experience writing editorial calendars and managing social media with social media tools
• Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree
