Job Description: Ice Barrel is looking for a Social Media Marketer to handle our social channels and community management.

* Post and repost content: This position will support Ice Barrel in creating captions for organic posts that align with the brand, as well as reposting customer photos and influencer photos.

* Reply to messages, 50+ messages per week (create pre-written responses): The marketer will be responsible for creating stock responses for quick replies and FAQs.

* Engage social media(s) following(s): This position will be responsible for replying to comments in a timely manner, engaging on customer posted photos by leaving comments and sharing to our story, engaging on influencer posts about our product and search brand related hashtags while commenting and liking on posts.

* Create and manage social media campaigns: The marketer will work with Ice Barrel’s PPC team in creating ads and campaigns.

* Manage, vet and support influencers: This position will be responsible to reach out to influencers/affiliates quarterly and check in (make sure we are collecting all content and photos), as well as actively onboard new influencers/affiliates. Coordinate giveaways and campaigns with influencers/affiliates.

* Research and learn the industry in order to stay relevant and provide valuable content

* Other social media related requests: The marketer will work closely with our CEO and from time to time will be asked to work on other social media projects.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience
• Proven track record of successful social media managment
• Proven successful track record with influencers
• WooCommerce experience
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Canva Experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong creative writting skills
• Strong researching and implementation skills
• Team player

Salary and compensation

$50,000 — $80,000/year
