Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing objectives and brand image. Manage and grow our social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Create and publish engaging and relevant content on a daily basis, including posts, articles, and visuals Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, engaging with our audience and fostering positive relationships Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes

Requirements Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective metrics Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
