Phi Labs is a contributor of the Archway protocol, a Cosmos-based layer 1 blockchain designed to reward dapp developers.

We are a software engineering company focusing on the Cosmos SDK and CosmWasm, state-of-the-art frameworks for blockchain development. Our vision is to empower people to create a more transparent and accountable world through open, distributed, and interoperable networks.

Archway is reshaping how value is created and shared across blockchain ecosystems. Initially incubated by Tendermint (Cosmos founders), Archway recently raised a $21 million seed round from Hashed and CoinFund.

The Opportunity

The Social Media Manager at Archway will be responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of our social media strategy across all platforms. This role involves supporting builders within our network, driving global marketing strategies, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, supporting Galxe campaigns, and managing key relationships. Key goals for this role will include:

• Provide digital support for growth marketing initiatives.

• Support dApp launches and updates, including hosting Twitter Spaces, Discord AMAs, etc.

• Increase attendance in Twitter Spaces by 50+%

• Grow Twitter followers by 100% by the end of 2024

• Identify and promote moderators for Telegram to ensure active engagement

What you will need

• Proven experience leading social media management, preferably within the crypto industry.

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Strong Twitter marketing leadership experience

• Excellent content creation skills, including graphics, video, and copy.

• Experience in community engagement and managing ambassador programs.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and social media partners.

• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset for guerilla marketing.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Minimum 3 years experience in the crypto/blockchain industry

Nice to have skills

• Experience with Galxe campaigns preferred
