Job Description:
NoGigiddy is seeking a creative and driven Entry-Level Social Media Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will help manage our social media presence, produce engaging content, and support the growth of our online brand. This position is ideal for someone beginning their career in social media or digital marketing. A college degree is not required, but a strong interest in social media and excellent communication skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Social Media Strategy: Support the execution of strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
• Community Management: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions under the direction of senior team members.
• Analytics and Reporting: Help monitor social media performance metrics and contribute to regular activity reports.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging and support overall marketing objectives.
• Campaign Management: Assist with planning and running social media campaigns, including paid ads.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep up with current social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our efforts.
• Brand Voice: Help maintain and develop NoGigiddy’s brand voice and ensure content aligns with our values and goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity and the ability to produce engaging, visually appealing content
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with online audiences
• Basic analytical skills for interpreting social media metrics
• Problem-solving abilities to address issues on social platforms
• Strong time management skills

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools is a plus
• Experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications or coursework in social media, marketing, or digital marketing are useful but not required

Working Conditions:
• Remote position with flexible location
• Regular communication and virtual meetings with the marketing team
• Use of communication and collaboration tools such as email, video calls, and social media management software

Salary Range:
• $20 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
