Join the Publix Technology team as part of an agile software development group responsible for building features for www.publix.com using Sitecore CMS. Your main focus will be designing and developing solutions with Sitecore CMS, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web solutions using Sitecore CMS
• Take part in agile scrum ceremonies
• Engage in architecture and design discussions with cross‑functional teams
• Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
• Perform unit testing to ensure high-quality code
• Lead engineering initiatives when needed
• Maintain, enhance, and document systems
• Provide after‑hours support when required

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting customer-facing e‑commerce websites and APIs
• 5+ years of experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience developing websites using Sitecore CMS
• 3+ years of experience with .NET and C#
• 3+ years of experience working with frontend JavaScript frameworks
• 1+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum

Additional Preferred Experience:
• Working with GIT and Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Using unit testing and automation frameworks
• Building scalable systems and optimizing performance
• Working with analytics, feature flagging, and experimentation tools such as Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, and Adobe Analytics
• Developing websites that meet WCAG ADA accessibility standards
• Using PowerShell
