The Team:

The IT Service Engineer will provide internal IT Support for Celonis as well as on-site support in Madrid.

The work you’ll do:

  • Resolve, transfer or escalate IT tickets raised by internal employees

  • Work in an international IT support team to solve issues globally

  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues via phone, email and remote control

  • Operating, transporting, adjusting and installing/configuring computing and related equipment (Mac/Windows environment) for the workplace

  • 1st contact & responsible for Onboarding of new Celonis employees in Spain

  • Communication with our users and staff to understand, identify, document and resolve problems

  • Performing simple repairs to computing and related equipment

  • Develop documentation/user guides for common user issues

  • Mobile Device support for corporate smartphones

  • On-site support for the Celonis Office in Madrid

  • To be the 1st contact person in IT-questions for a large rising and cool company

  • Learn everyday something new in our international IT team

  • To be a very good service provider in a superfluid company

The qualifications you need:

Professional skills:

  • Knowledge in a Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016

  • Basic knowledge of MacOS

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory

  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks

  • Microsoft O365 knowledge

  • Operate and maintain network printers and network components like video-conferencing systems based on Zoom

  • Troubleshoot drivers / software applications

  • Knowledge in Mobile Device Management solutions

Soft Skills:

  • Prior experience in desktop support and equipment

  • Ability to be a very good service provider for our employees

  • Outgoing

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good documentation ability

  • Team player and ability to work independently

  • Fantastic trouble-shooter

  • Desire to learn

  • Cool under pressure

Education:

  • Grammar school or secondary modern school

Additional experiences:

  • Preferable: ITIL experience

Languages:

  • English

$55,000 — $110,000/year
