is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team. Our community of expert development teams, supported by AI technologies and flexible methodologies, has completed over 300 software projects since 2016. We collaborate with renowned companies like Airbus, Disney, NEC, Paramount, Berkshire Hathaway, and various startups that have collectively raised over $140 million in funding.

While we have a talented remote SEO team, we recognize the need for dedicated expertise to drive our SEO efforts further. Therefore, we are looking to build an in-house SEO team and hire our first SEO Manager to focus solely on DevTeamSpace.

Responsibilities:
– Take over and continue the growth of SEO from our current team.
– Research and implement SEO strategies tailored to the software development and outsourcing industry.
– Optimize website pages and for SEO.
– Report on key SEO performance indicators.
– Analyze and optimize page loading speed and other technical aspects.

We expect the successful candidate to achieve the following objectives within the first six months:
– Increase organic traffic to our website by at least 30%.
– Improve the overall conversion rate on our website by at least 20%.
– Enhance the rankings of our key pages in Google search results, with at least 50% of key queries ranking in the top 3.
– Raise the share of organic traffic in the total website traffic to at least 60%.

Requirements:
– Integrity, positive attitude, and a drive for growth.
– Passion for SEO.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO for the US market.
– Demonstrable case studies showcasing your expertise, specifically in the software outsourcing industry or similar.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to independently execute SEO tasks and effectively communicate with other team members, including website developers.
