Groove, a highly rated help desk software company, is looking for a Content Writer to join our small and growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Content to create SEO-friendly blog posts that convert readers into trial users and customers.

Responsibilities
• Publish 2–3 engaging, practical, conversion-focused blog posts each week.
• Take and edit screenshots for each article.
• Optimize all content to drive strong search engine results.
• Research competitors to ensure comparisons are accurate and clearly highlight Groove’s strengths.
• Monitor search rankings and update existing posts when necessary.

Qualifications
• Bonus: Experience in customer service.
• At least two years of professional writing experience, either in-house or freelance.
• Ability to write persuasive, conversion-driven content and assess its performance.
• Basic image editing skills, including taking screenshots and resizing or cropping images.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword research, search intent, and optimization without keyword stuffing.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior freelance or remote work experience.
