As senior web engineer, you’ll join our small and deft engineering team and co-maintain the core of our technical stack.

We are seeking someone with significant experience with Ruby on Rails and building web applications in high-traffic deployments. Ideally, you also have experience with ElasticSearch. Bonus points for experience with (or interest in) go; or systems architecture and administration.

We’ve cleared the decks of our gnarliest legacy issues and are proud of our well-maintained stack. We’ve invested in our deployment, testing and monitoring toolchains to make deploying new code routine and ordinary. Our team (and much of the company) works remotely. We all wear many hats and maintain a collaborative and supportive environment. You may work remotely or in our New York City office, however youmustbe able to work effectively with a remote team and coworkers.
