We are looking for a Senior Developer to add to our distributed team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the culture and processes in a rapidly growing company. You’ll work closely with product and design and you’ll have a meaningful impact on the products you build. You’ll help decide what technology is used and you’ll be responsible for implementing new technology initiatives. You’ll maintain a healthy work life balance, and be trusted to get things done without working more than 40 hours per week.

Typical tasks might include

Working on web, desktop, or mobile apps using React, . NET or React Native Mentoring junior developers Reviewing pull requests Writing tests Working on green field projects Migrating legacy products to newer frameworks Contributing to the cross-product architectural plan Discussing new product ideas with designers and product managers Researching new tools and processes

Requirements

Excellent communication skills At least 5 years of professional development experience At least 2 years experience with . NET Framework, . NET Core, React, and/or React Native Experience managing a small team of developers Ability to write good tests and to explain when and why they are necessary Experience working remotely with a distributed team
