MAARK is seeking a senior architect for enterprise-level web architectures. This consulting role will be responsible for the architectural design of web applications and deployments, and for the design of the interfaces through which these applications or systems interact with the rest of the enterprise and IT ecosystem. This role is also responsible for cloud computing deployment and ensuring compliance with financial services industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-level architectures to include the required software and hardware to satisfy performance, security, scalability, and regulatory requirements

• Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure the architecture and technology used are designed and delivered to client’s requirements

• Provide comprehensive definition of all aspects of architecture – from needs analysis to verification of system performance and compliance

• Perform evaluation of system alternatives and assessment of risks and costs and recommend platform solutions
