Description:

Spree Commerce is looking for UX/Visual Design talent to flesh out and polish our growing product offering. As a designer on the team your challenge would be to make it as easy as possible for storeowners to set up and interact with our leading edge ecommerce offering. We need your help to make our robust tools as easy and delightful to use as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in bringing products to life from idea to execution.
• Map out experiences through UX wireframes and interaction specs.
• Create pixel perfect UI / interactive prototypes and partner with developers on execution.
• Contribute, maintain, and adhere to our best practices and brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback and have a hand in design efforts throughout the company.
• Have a high degree of comfort and experience running usability testing and product feedback sessions with end users.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a small, agile product and development environment (we move fast)
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
• Proficiency in establishing visual hierarchy through use of color, typography, and layout
• Understanding of human behavior and usability best practices
• You are obsessed with making great products
• Front-end development expertise is not required, but would be a big plus.

Salary and compensation

$70,000 — $150,000/year
