What will I be working on? • As a Senior UI/UX designer you will add the magic that takes functional design specifications from Product and translates these to realizable designs that seamlessly blend into and enhance our overall user experience • Working from a position of great empathy with our users, you will help define and refine business requirements so we are always focusing on the needs of our customers • You will be able to switch to a detail-orientation and lead logical design of features; anticipating user flows, necessary messaging and unusual user scenarios we should design for • We use a combination of Waterfall and Twin-Track Scrum methodologies. You will be comfortable swapping between the two. You know how to balance succinct documentation with verbal communication to make rapid progress. Who We Are Looking For? The ideal candidate should have a passion for great design combined with the technical ability to achieve it. • At least 5 years of web & application design experience with an emphasis on interaction and interface design (SaaS product experience is a plus) • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive, and functional UX design (Please include a link of your online portfolio) • Experience spanning the design process from concept to launch, on multiple projects • Comfortable using web analytics and qualitative data to inform priorities • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Passionate about design and UX • Experience mentoring other designers Technical requirements include: • Mastery of Adobe’s suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Voracious appetite for all things Web; solid understanding of the capabilities of web browsers across multiple platforms • Strong understanding of front-end development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery BONUS • Working Visa • Very competitive salary , share, insurance, allowance, • Flexible working time ,innovative working environment
