The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing in depthtechnical support for Sonatype’s Western US and Asia Pacific region. This is not a typicaltechnical support role. In fact, the current support team members all have developmentand/or quality engineering backgrounds.

In this role, you will work with other support and engineering team members in the USand around the globe to perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting of our product installations running at customer sites. You will helpmaintain our knowledge base of best practices, known issues and solutions and have anopportunity to extend our support infrastructure by designing and writing diagnostictools/scripts. And you will probably even write some code.
