As a Senior Software Engineer, a typical day may include the following:
Developing thorough technical requirements based on business needs
Developing high-quality code based on detailed designs that meet requirements
Creating comprehensive documentation, conducting thorough testing and following defined change control processes
Providing support for a mission critical application
Demonstrating a high level of initiative and attention to detail during daily operations
Implementing and maintaining internal, private and public Web Services
This job may be right for you if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
8+ years of ASP. NET, C#, . Net MVC Razor, Entity Framework and . Net Core experience
Experience with Web Services, including ASP. NET Web API and REST/JSON
SQL development experience (stored procedures, performance tuning/optimizations)
Knowledge of Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio 2015/2017 and GIT
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently within a geographically dispersed agile team
You’re extra awesome if you have:
Interest and experience within the hobby gaming industry
Experience with eCommerce and transaction-based applications
Proficiency in:
Elasticsearch
RabbitMQ
Redgate SQL Toolbelt
NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB)
Anugular / Vue / React
Umbraco CMS
