LaMotte Company is a leading provider of water analysis equipment and guidance. Our web software enables users to track and analyze water quality measurements and receive treatment recommendations. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will work closely with two junior engineers as well as third party contractors to deliver web, mobile and desktop applications with a global user base. Ideally, the successful candidate will work out of our Chestertown, MD facility. However, we will consider permitting this person to work remotely. The candidate will:

• Maintain a technology roadmap for the applications.

• Establish and enforce development best practices.

• Implement code.

• Mentor teammates
