Better Outcomes is a zero-stage, big data startup with audacious goals to improve healthcare. We are in stealth mode. But we can assure you that we have great challenges of loading and processing very large, complex healthcare data with attendant HIPAA/privacy/security constraints. Instead of trying to fill specific titles, we hire talented people and work with them to find the role that suits them best. Think ‘Member of Technical Staff’ rather than ‘Senior Software Engineer’. We have a flat organization of self-directed engineers.
