Tenet3 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join ourteam. As a SeniorSoftwareEngineer, you will be responsible for building avisually-exciting, high-performing, intuitive web application to solve challenging security problems.

Applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to Ohio.

Essential Job Duties

Youwill useaReactJS, Redux, CSS and HTML client-side stack to interact with users. You will:

• Develop, test, enhance, debug, and implement software

• Collaboratewith the design and project teams on product specifications

• Configure applications according to design specifications

• Participate in peer reviews of code written by other developers

• Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications

• Participate in development of software documentation and user manuals

• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools

• Assist in preparing estimates for implementing new system enhancements

Skills/Qualifications

• Eligibility to establish and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance (see Department of State Frequently Asked Questions)

• Recognized expertise in developingnon-trivial JavaScript applications

• Mastery of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)

• Awork portfoliodemonstrating with clean, well-tested code

• Demonstrated experienceworking with customers using iterative development methodologies

• Knowledgable of optimization techniques, including code splitting,compression and caching

• Familiarity with push-based technologies including notifications and web sockets

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients

• Familiarity with backend applications (Django, Rails,Laravel or equivalent)

• Familiarity with user analytics and A/B testing

Education/Experience

Our preference is aMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar discipline. One year of college education is equivalent to two years of relevant work experience.
