We have 3 full time developers and have completed the MVP. We gained 60 enterprise customers in the last 3 quarters with no marketing. We are already operational cash flow positive and need 1 more team member that can help us accelerate and scale even more quickly.

- Python, Django, Docker, ELK, Amazon Web Services (lots of AWS)
- Mobile App development – if you want to get into it
- You will also be involved in a “Security Analyst” job – perhaps about 5-7 hours a week. Primarily being on calls when every other timezone is asleep. Of course we will make sure you get trained.
- Incredible amount of agility – absolutely required. There is no technology marriage – we use whatever is good for the task at hand. We tend to be python oriented, but that’s only inertia.
- You are always able to change something if you don’t like it – but don’t get to complain. If you don’t like something fix it
- Customer conversations – whenever you want. You don’t have to hide in a cubicle. Preference is working in the Plano office (121/Tollway), but remote is OK for the right candidate.
- Absolute mandated requirement: Self motivation and the ability to keep up with the pace.
