Specifically, we’re solving: peoples’ seething hatred of time sheets, theinaccurate nature of time sheets, time-lagged tracking of profit & loss, poor employee effort/bandwidth tracking, cumbersome email chains for approving/routing important documents, and much more. This isn’t some pie-in-the-sky mission, though: we use IVY to handle theeveryday operations of VaynerMedia -a unique 600 person social & digital agency founded by Gary Vaynerchuk- to help usscale the unscalable.

Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day will entail crafting test-able, efficient code that’s easily understood by other team members

• Work independently without getting lost in the woods

• Planning and feature road-mapping

• Peer-reviewing code to foster a continuous learning environment

• Learn technologies as they mature and/or evaluate them for future architecture decisions

• Help us build a witty, yet charming Slack bot who ponders the tiny mysteries of life when querying data for our Ops team
