You will

• be a professional in a team of professionals – work with other highly skilled developers and operations experts in a disciplined agile process, writing documented, refactored, unit-tested code, doing code reviews, and participating in live releases and solving performance related live issues.

• Be a team’s go-to guy or girl in your area(s) of expertise, be it coordination and project management, payment know-how, DevOps-know-how and full-stack development, performance-oriented backend programming, Hibernate/ORMs, or frontend web programming

• take over responsibility by breaking down and estimating stories, participating in project and team management, coaching and instructing junior developers, designing subsystems and APIs with an eye towards scalability and maintainability, and setting a personal example in software craftsmanship.
