Forcefield, a company based in Los Angeles, is seeking a full-time Ruby on Rails engineer located in Los Angeles. Qualified individuals will be just as passionate about enhancing the user experience as they are about creating clean, efficient, and extensible code.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work independently on the maintenance of our existing web applications and implement new functionality

• Collaborate with development team to come up with the best solutions for each project

• Estimate relative work-effort of solutions

• Manage time appropriately and communicate clearly (often in non-technical terms) to help manage work expectations

• Ensure that new code is maintainable through code-reviews and providing feedback to other developers
