What we’re looking for? -2+ years of proven Ruby on Rails experience. You’ll be responsible for scaling, improving and maintaining our current backend and infrastructure in a strategic capacity.

Profile

• 2-5 years experience building and scaling out non-trivial mobile/web apps
• Experience and interest in our tech stack: RESTful API – Ruby; Rails 4; MySQL & PostgreSQL; Redis; Memcached; Apache SOLR; Apple APNs; AWS; EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53, Elastic Load Balancer; NewRelic
• Strong sense of collaboration, ownership, and desire to influence the product being built
• Ability to make quick decisions and communicate effectively under pressure and in other tough situations
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical concentration preferred
