DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Senior Program Managers to join our team! Managers will maintain external and internal communication, take ownership of iteration planning and retrospective reporting, as well as obtain necessary information for the team from all related sources. Furthermore, they will configure projects, resources and task types, work on removing all obstacles for team productivity, as well as track and report team and project status.
Responsibilities:
Ensureend-to-end supportof global applications (mainly Enterprise Applications domain).
Manage theGlobal Applications Supportpipeline, working alongside the Head of Enterprise Application Delivery.
Get involved in theRelease managementprocess to understand how to support initiatives are prioritized within the Enterprise Application Delivery team and the Systems Owners.
LeadCritical Incident Managementactivities for all L3 Support requests.
Business facingactivities with key users and business process experts.
ImplementService Process and Level Improvementinitiatives.
Qualifications/Experience:
Strong educational background, BSc (Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above.
Minimum 10 years IT Experience (Technical Leadership roles)
Demonstrable track record of improving results.
Has lead an enterprise application support service with responsibility for large scale organisations (5K+ user and e-commerce internet platforms).
Significant Inhouse team and outsourced partner management experience
Strong ITIL centric governance knowledge, process management and implementation experience
Hands on approach for Critical Incident Management.
Strong technical skills – ERP, Middleware and Integration Suite, Web Applications architecture and operation insight.
Pragmatic, common sense attitude and strong attention to detail required.
Has worked in a high-growth, fast-paced and environment and can deliver results to demanding time scales in an ambiguous environment.
Has worked in a driving continuous Service Improvement and transformations.
Hands-on, involved management approach with a relentless attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the bigger picture.
Excellent English communication and executive level presentation skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders – internally and externally
Organised and analytical thinker.
Motivated and ambitious.
Low ego, high on delivery. Must be prepared to ‘get hands dirty’ and be actively Involved / personally contribute.
